Recycling Operative - Chelveston, Northamptonshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our well-established client based in Chelveston, Northamptonshire on a full-time ongoing basis. This would suit applicants who have worked as a Waste Recycling Operative, Sorting Operative (Recycling) or Recycling Facility Operative. Rates of Pay: £13.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 Benefits: Your benefits as a Recycling Operative are: Weekly pay Ongoing work all year round Ten-hour shifts Free on-site parking Overtime available Immediate starts available Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a Recycling Operative are: Working on a recycling line handling fruit, vegetables and bakery goods Operating a cage lifter to maintain consistent product flow Separating food waste from packaging and checking for contaminants Loading and unloading trailers as required Carrying out general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including pressure washing Following all health and safety procedures at all times Essential Skills: To be successful as a Recycling Operative, you will need: Basic level of English Strong reliability and punctuality A good eye for detail Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in a food-waste environment Training: Full training provided Ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
