Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Class 2 Driver for a well-known distribution business in Newport. This is a temp-to-perm role ideal for drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.

Contract and Hours

Contract: Temp to permanent.

Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am.

Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day.

Pay: £16.50 per hour PAYE / £19 per hour Umbrella (OT Friday x1.25 & Satuday x1.75).

Key Responsibilities

Shunting vehicles around the site.

Loading and unloading of vehicles.

Using Counter Balance FLT as and when required

Candidate Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 Licence + CPC & Digi Cards.

Ability to carry out manual handling safely.

Strong customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
