Senior Director - AI, Data & Analytics

Permanent role - Up to £165k + benefits

London based - Hybrid Working

Role Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Director - AI, Data & Analytics to lead the strategic direction of their data, analytics and AI capabilities. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide data strategy, delivering AI-enabled business solutions, and building a high-performing team that supports digital transformation and commercial growth.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making, oversee modern data platforms, and champion the adoption of AI across the organisation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Data, Analytics or AI.
Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise data and AI strategies.
Strong understanding of data platforms, data engineering, analytics and AI/ML technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance and data quality best practices.
Experience delivering business intelligence, reporting and advanced analytics solutions.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate business objectives into technology and data initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
