Senior Employment Solicitor / Associate (5 Years PQE) Location: Canary Wharf, London (Office-based) Salary: Highly Competitive Base Transparent, Merit-Based Bonus Benefits The Practice This is for a Legal 500-ranked niche employment law boutique based in London.

As a Senior Associate, you will take immediate conduct of an active caseload.
The workload has high-value claimant-side litigation for senior executives, directors, and high-net-worth professionals across the financial, legal, and tech sectors as well as a high volume element of lower value claims.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contentious Litigation: Leading complex Employment Tribunal and High Court claims.
This could be high-profile whistleblowing, discrimination cases, and complex dismissals, unfair dismissals.
Executive Advisory & Negotiation: Advising senior professionals on complex exit packages, high-value settlement agreements, and enforcement or defence of restrictive covenants.
Advocacy: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating crises, requiring sharp commercial judgment and strategy.
Mentor & Fee-Earning Leadership: Working directly alongside Legal 500 "Leading Partners" to mentor, manage case strategy, and drive the firms top-tier market standing.
About You You are a trained and experienced Employment Solicitor or Barrister who thrives on strategic advocacy and dispute resolution.
Experience: 5 years PQE with a proven track record within a respected Legal 500 boutique or recognised national employment practice.
Technical Skillset: Comprehensive experience handling complex claimant-side litigation, drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, and handling high-level executive advisory work.
Mindset: A poised, commanding communicator capable of guiding senior professionals through highly stressful career crises with authority, commercial acumen, and sharp legal instinct.
The Rewards Financial Performance: A highly competitive base salary paired with a transparent, meritocratic bonus scheme that directly rewards individual fee-generation and high performance.
