Cafes Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Chelsea cafe. o Manage and support a small team of staff o Ensure excellent customer service at all times o Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures o Ensure full compliance with FSA guidelines and regulations o Work collaboratively with the founder to deliver the reemies cakes experience o Proven experience managing coffee shop or similar hospitality environment o A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for quality, food, and hospitality o Food Hygiene Certificate essential reemies is a female-founded, premium London-based bakery with a loyal high-end following born from the love of GOOD cake. With many variations, reemies dairy-free banana cake is one of the most loved, wholesome and delicious cakes around. reemies also offers an extended menu of similarly homely and tasty cakes, as well as simply decorated celebration cakes. High quality, humble & Moorish. Our cakes are stocked in Harrods, Bayley & Sage, Zapp, and more and our first beautiful bakery in Chelsea.
