We’re now looking for a Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German-Speaking) to join our London te am. This i s a 180 role, working closely with one of our top billers to support their success in the German market — focusing on finding and placing exceptional candidates rather than generating new busin ess. Key Responsibil ities As a Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German-Speaking), you will: Work directly with one of our top-performing consultants, supporting them in delivering recruitment solutions to high-profile German c lients.Proactively headhunt and source candidates across the Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors in G ermany.Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.Manage candidates through the entire process — from initial contact to offer acce ptance.Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring p rocess.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
