Job Description

Provide advice on various legal matters and perform legal review of contracts and other legal documents.
Draft and review internal standard form documentation and manage the use of the standard form documentation.
Manage and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
Assist with litigation and disputes, particularly on non-performing credit asset workouts.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and advise on legal risks associated with deals.
Advise on the Bank's legal issues, services and more.
Assist with special projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

JD
Admitted to NY State Bar
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for a bank, related to credit, financing transactions, commercial lending, loan documents, commercial credit documents, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player
Fluency in Mandarin
