Are you looking for a role offering full autonomy as you drive operational improvements and bring new sites online? A market leading heavy engineering specialist are seeking a Group Operations Manager to oversee their UK operations and play a key role in their continued growth & expansion. An ideal applicant will have experience leading multi-site operations within a heavy engineering environment such as recycling, aggregates, quarrying, waste management, foundry, EfW or similar. You will be a proven and influential leader with a track record of developing teams, driving continuous improvements and implementing consistent standards across sites. As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll lead the development of Site Managers, drive best practice and play a fundamental role in shaping the strategy of the business.
