This role will help us to do this by to reviewing previous survey information to ensure they reflect the current status of the properties and to assist generally within the Asset Management team carrying out other surveys, such as Energy Performance Certificates and Retrofit Assessments, as required.
In this role, you will be responsible for...
* Actively conduct stock condition surveys across the Irwell Valley portfolio ensuring any changes to stock are accurately and consistently recorded to update the organisation’s asset register through robust, accurate and concise data recording
* Gather information relating to previous and current planned programmes and use this data to update existing stock condition component information.
* To update and interpret information retained within the asset management databases.
* Assist with the overall management and delivery of major works by the Planned Surveyors’ team.
* Occasional gathering and recording of data for a full Energy Performance Certificate
* Occasional requests for gathering data for Retrofit Assessments
We need people who are or have...
* Experience in property surveying, inspections, or housing stock condition surveys
* Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification
* Experience working in social housing or local authority environment
* Knowledge of PAS 2035 / retrofit frameworks
