They are seeking an Operations Supervisor to work with them on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor will include:Ensure operations comply with bank policies, regulations, and best practicesDeliver consistently high-quality customer serviceProcess client data, transactions, and cashiering activitiesManage customer onboarding, account opening, cards, and online bankingSupport team with a flexible, responsible, and proactive approachComplete transactions accurately and within deadlinesEnsure loan drawdown conditions are met in coordination with Credit RiskSet up approved credit facilities on core systemsMaintain limits for trading, customers, counterparties, and settlementsEscalate risks to management and report through proper channelsManage Treasury counterparties as requiredSupport and deliver project-related tasks on timeProcess loans, deposits, rollovers, renewals, and repayments per proceduresMaintain and update customer mandatesReview and update operations procedures and desk instructionsInvestigate and resolve queries/discrepancies; maintain logs and evidenceEnsure all transactions comply with risk controls, AML, and compliance requirementsEscalate risks/issues to relevant stakeholders promptlyStay up to date with regulatory requirements and changesMaintain high processing accuracy with minimal errors or complaintsAdhere to bank policies, procedures, and product knowledge standardsSupport reporting/MI production for managementComplete additional tasks as assigned by line managerComply with regulatory obligations, training, and reporting of breachesSupport operational resilience, training, and incident responseThe candidate will have: Degree-level education or equivalent experience in banking/financial servicesMinimum 5 years’ banking experienceStrong understanding of banking operations and processesProficient in banking technologyKnowledge of Equation Banking system (advantageous)Keeps up to date with new banking products
