CPCS/NPORS 360 Machine Operator

Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced 360 Machine Operator for a major project in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors on an important infrastructure project.

Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
✅ References: Two recent professional references required.
✅ Live Services: Proven experience digging and excavating safely around live underground services.
✅ Drainage Works: Strong experience undertaking drainage and associated excavation works.

Certifications:
✅ Blue CPCS / NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) – 360 Excavator Operator.
✅ Lifting Operations Certification – Essential.
✅ Safety Critical Medical – Preferred.
✅ EUSR (Water Hygiene) - Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate 360 excavators in accordance with site requirements and health & safety regulations.
Carry out excavation, trenching and drainage works to project specifications.
Work safely around existing underground utilities and live services.
Undertake lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and site procedures.
Conduct daily plant inspections and report any defects.
Work closely with site management and groundworks teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety at all times.
