Principality is hiring a Customer Consultant in our Haverfordwest branch to deliver warm, personal banking service. This part-time, permanent role offers 35 hours per week and a flexible approach to working patterns within branch hours.

You will greet customers, handle everyday transactions, support via phone and digital channels, identify needs and recommend products, and help ensure smooth branch operations while staying up to date with policies.
