Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
• Running daily pre‑shift briefings and setting clear priorities
• Motivating, coaching, and training team members
• Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
• Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
• Creating a fun, high‑energy environment for both team and guests

What you’ll get:

• Hourly rate of £12.75, increasing to £13.25 with £0.50 premium when acting as Duty Manager

What we’re looking for:

• A lead‑from‑the‑front attitude with a fun, vibrant work ethic
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Confidence with compliance and safety standards
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced, guest‑first environment
