Our Home Administrator Role - Maternity Cover * Supporting the home and deputy manager * First point of contact for residents and their families * Working with the home management team performing numerous administration tasks * Working with the head office team on invoice queries and staff payroll * Coordination of staff training and overseeing the onboarding of new starters * 40 hours per week - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility needed The skills you’ll need * Experience in a professional, administrative role * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Highly organised * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person' * An eye for detail The Benefits of Working for Stow Healthcare * Retail and food discounts - Blue Light Card * Working for the best care provider in the UK.
