What You'll Do Lead all aspects of the pub's operations service, team, P&L, and guest experience
Develop the food and drinks offering to maximise the venue's potential
Recruit, train, and inspire a high performing team
Drive revenue and build strong local and tourist trade year round
What You'll Bring Proven General Manager experience in a pub, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue
