Exciting Opportunity for an Associate Director in our Award-Winning London Building Services Team!Join our dynamic CIBSE award-winning team as an Associate Director in London, playing a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership support to projects, teams, and clients.In this strategic position, you'll drive exceptional multidisciplinary project delivery, elevate the technical expertise and standards of the team, and collaborate closely with senior leaders in MEP discipline and across the business to support business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Project Leader/Director for multi-disciplinary projects spanning various groups, partnering with a Project Director to oversee both technical and financial aspects.
• Serve as a technical advocate, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and accurate designs.
• Take ownership of High Voltage systems and resilient designs, mentoring others while maintaining responsibility for product delivery.
• Lead or participate in high-level project technical/quality reviews.
• Mentor junior team members, enabling meaningful delegation within the team.
• Take charge of project delivery programs and contribute to resource management activities.
• Organize project workshops to harness the broader expertise of the firm for project success.
