- MANAGER REQUIRED We are looking for an experienced Deputy looking for progression or a Registered Manager to join a brand new EBD home located in Bognor.
This will be the company's third home.
As our Registered Manager, youll lead the team to provide outstanding care for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Your leadership will shape the homes culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure children feel safe, seen and supported.
You will: Lead with confidence, compassion and integrity Create a safe, inspiring and resilient home environment Champion the needs and voices of young people Mentor and develop your team (including facilitating QCF Level 3 training) Maintain compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted expectations Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational development Promote independence, emotional growth and life skills Deliver and evidence exceptional outcomes About You You are someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure and is driven to achieve the very best for young people.
You will bring: Strong leadership and team motivation skills Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities Emotional resilience and a focus on positive outcomes A child-centred, advocacy-driven approach Solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted frameworks Level 3 Diploma Commitment to achieving or holding the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for H&SC & CYP Service if not already held.
