Credit Controllers

Our accountancy and finance recruitment team is partnering with an established multi-site services organisation based in Southampton. With a diverse customer base and a collaborative culture, the business is seeking a Credit Controller to join its finance team on a temporary basis. The role offers hybrid working, varied responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to an important area of the organisation’s financial operations.

What will the Credit Controller role involve?

Support the finance team with the effective management of customer accounts across business and individual customers
Maintain regular contact with customers by telephone, email and written correspondence to encourage prompt payment
Work closely with operational teams to investigate account queries and help resolve outstanding balances
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:

Previous experience in credit control, customer service, accounts administration or a similar environment
Confident communicator who can handle payment discussions professionally and sensitively
Organised, attentive to detail and comfortable managing varied customer accounts
