Working pattern: Hybrid - following probation

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of classes and industries
• Handling renewals, following up on new business enquiries and converting them into clients
• Delivering a high standard of service at every touchpoint - this is a service-first business
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the right cover for clients
• Keeping accurate records and maintaining FCA compliance throughout
• Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious team with strong values
