About the role

Role: Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk

Duration: 3 months

Part-time: 30 hours per week

Location: Glasgow

Working model: Hybrid

Rutherford Cross is supporting a Glasgow-based organisation with the appointment of an Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for an initial 3-month period, working 30 hours per week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all weekly and monthly invoices and exporting to BACS for payment
  • Processing of purchase invoices for the monthly payment run
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements received with the purchase ledger
  • Processing of monthly Credit Card returns
  • Posting of relevant bank payments and journals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Available at short notice
  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • Competent Excel user

On Offer:

  • FTE salary of £25,500 p.a. or day rate equivalent
  • Hybrid / flexible working
  • Glasgow City Centre office
