The Role: UX Director

ð Reports to the Head of UX

ð Lead clients towards project success

ð Be the UX Expert in the room

ð No line management responsibilities

ð Collaborate with a global team

ðSalary up to around 90,000

We’re seeking someone who:

• Brings huge energy to the team
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for UX and strategic thinking.
• Has a strong portfolio showcasing UX expertise.
• Can provide consultative answers and tackle challenging questions.
• Will be a great fit for our collaborative and energetic team.

The Interview Process:

ð 1st Stage: 45 min with the Head of UX

ð 2nd Stage: Dive deep into your portfolio and case studies. You will need to demonstrate real passion and energy for your projects.

Office Culture:

ð 2 days a week in the office, the rest WFH.

ð highly collaborative team, in an light and modern office
