Job Title: Head of Industry UWS
Site Location: Somerset
Travel Percentage: 5-10 %
Role Reports To: UK ICC Director
No. Direct Reports: 7-10
Additional Information: Must be eligible for SC clearance - UK EYES ONLY

Primary Purpose of the Role
The Head of Industry has a dual focus on customer satisfaction and the performance of his or her organisation. He or she is responsible for the functional management of the entire ecosystem within his or her area of authority. He or she is responsible for deploying the Industrial strategy, including the human, financial and physical resources needed to ensure proper implementation of the policies and plans adopted in the short, medium and long term.

• UK ICC/ Industrial Director (Manager 1)
• UWS Operations Director (Manager 2)
• Head of Procurement UWS
• UWS Engineering Director
• Heads of Industry (other ICC sites)
• Head of Industry Functions (Industrial Supply Chain, Industrial Process Engineering, Industrial Excellence)
• Relevant support function relationships e.g. QA, Bids & Projects, HR etc.
• Site support management eg. Real Estate/Facilities
