We are now looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team based in Swansea.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Working within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment, you will have the autonomy to develop new ideas, shape business strategy, and play a key role in the continued expansion of the company.
The Opportunity
This role is heavily focused on sales, business development, and client growth . You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing existing accounts, and expanding Totecs market presence across multiple sectors.
You will be expected to proactively generate leads, attend client meetings, network extensively, and deliver consultative recruitment solutions that create long-term value for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Driving new business development activity to generate revenue growth
Identifying, targeting, and securing new clients
Developing and managing long-term B2B client relationships
Conducting sales meetings, presentations, and client visits
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of business opportunities
Negotiating terms of business and recruitment agreements
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Promoting the Totec brand through networking, marketing, and social media activity
Working to and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
Identifying market trends and new commercial opportunities
What Were Looking For
Proven B2B sales and business development experience
A strong track record of winning new business and achieving targets
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Commercially driven, ambitious, and highly self-motivated
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
A proactive and results-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
