Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong and collaborative Data Analytics Manager to join the National Gallery's Data & Insight team. You will lead the development of dashboards, reports and forecasting models that support strategic, financial and operational decision-making, while playing a key role in developing the Gallery's data infrastructure.

Working with data from CRM, ticketing, people counters and digital platforms, you will transform complex information into clear, actionable insight for colleagues across the organisation. You will also provide technical leadership in maintaining and improving our reporting infrastructure, including supporting the implementation of our new unified data platform (Microsoft Fabric), ensuring that data is accurate, well-governed and accessible.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in data analytics, strong SQL and business intelligence skills (such as Power BI), and an understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure and data modelling. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how one of the world's leading cultural organisations uses data to understand its audiences, improve performance and inform its future direction.
