Transport Coordinator

Job Title: Transport Co-ordinator Location: Leicestershire Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, 4 on 4 off The Role A logistics operation in Leicestershire is looking for a Transport Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy regional transport team. This role covers execution of the transport plan, driver support, and the operational admin that keeps deliveries moving - POD collection, query resolution and cover for the Section Leader when required. What the role involves * Supporting execution of the daily transport plan * Handling driver queries, delays and on-the-day problem solving * Collecting and chasing outstanding PODs and supporting the invoicing process * Fielding queries from customers and internal departments * Stepping up to cover the Section Leader during absence or holiday What's needed * Experience in a transport admin, debrief, or junior supervisory role within haulage, distribution or logistics * Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment * Good organisational skills and a calm head when things go wrong * Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern How to apply Please submit your CV for consideration.
