The Role You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Sale and purchase of commercial property

Sale of business assets

\t

Auction property transactions

\t

Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages

\t

Landlord & Tenant matters

\t

Lease renewals and licences

\t

Pension scheme and in specie transactions

\t

Land Registry applications and adverse possession matters

\t

Section 25 notices

\t

Acting on behalf of management companies

 

About You

• 
  \t
• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property

\t

Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters

\t

Excellent organisational and prioritisation xwzovoh skills

\t

Commercially minded with strong client care skills

\t

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
