About the role
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cycle counts and ad hoc stock takes.
- Proactively manage stock levels across the department, identifying and reporting any overuse or shortages.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure all purchasing procedures are followed.
- Produce and distribute weekly ordering reports.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries.
- Build effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and hospital staff.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach with strong planning and organisational skills.
