Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have HLTA experience and a desire to make a real difference in a child's educational journey?

We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rochester seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for a pupil with additional needs.

The Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with an individual pupil, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. You will collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the child.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
