5 Axis CNC Operator – Manufacturing / Precision Engineering - Lates 2pm-10pm We are currently recruiting for a 5 Axis CNC Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and precision engineering company based in Hayes. This role involves operating 5 Axis Kitamura CNC machining centres with Fanuc controls within a busy production environment, manufacturing high-quality engineered components. The company is looking for someone with previous CNC machining experience who is confident operating CNC machinery and working from engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities Operate 5 Axis Kitamura CNC machining centres Work with Fanuc control systems Load and unload components and tooling Monitor machining operations and ensure quality standards are maintained Read and work from engineering drawings and production documentation Carry out basic quality inspections using measuring equipment Maintain machine cleanliness and good housekeeping standards Support production and manufacturing operations as required Follow company health & safety procedures at all times Skills & Experience Required Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing or engineering environment Experience with 4 Axis or 5 Axis CNC machines preferred Fanuc controls experience beneficial Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometers Good attention to detail and quality standards Reliable and proactive approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer Stable long-term opportunity Late shift Monday to Friday Opportunity to work with advanced 5 Axis CNC machinery Supportive engineering and production environment Working Hours Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm Apply If you are an experienced CNC Operator, CNC Machinist or 5 Axis CNC Operator looking for your next opportunity, we would like to hear from you.
