About the Role We are seeking a commercially focused Lease Advisory Surveyor to join a growing landlord & tenant team. This is a key role created due to an internal move and continued team expansion.
Key Responsibilities Advising on rent reviews, lease renewals, and third-party referrals
Working across industrial and office assets
Providing strategic advice to landlords, funds, and occupiers
Delivering high-quality client service across Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent

Candidate Profile Currently working in a commercial landlord & tenant role
Ideally from a mid-sized or national landlord & tenant team
Strong knowledge of Greater London, Herts, Essex, and Kent markets
Comfortable acting for landlords, funds, or tenants
MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (APC-level candidates xwzovoh will not be considered)
Confident communicator with proven negotiation skills
