GP IT Mentoring & Training Lead

NHS Lothian is seeking a GMS Facilitator for Astley Ainslie Hospital in Edinburgh to support the GP IT Mentoring Team. The role focuses on developing and implementing training, mentoring, systems and data analysis across General Practitioners and Primary Health Care Teams.

The post involves Training Needs Analysis, designing intervention processes, delivering training programmes, mentoring, evaluating effectiveness, and updating programmes in line with national IT directives.
