Location: Telford
Contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Working Pattern: 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to join a well-established organisation on a 6-month maternity cover contract.
This is a varied, commercially focused role where you'll take ownership of marketing activity across several key product areas, driving revenue, customer engagement and brand experience.

The Role

Develop and deliver seasonal and annual marketing plans aligned with wider business objectives.
Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, websites, social media and partner channels.
Drive online and in-store sales through targeted campaigns, promotions and product launches.
Manage customer acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns.
Develop compelling marketing communications and customer lifecycle strategies.
Optimise ecommerce activity and the overall customer journey.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse commercial KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal creative, digital, commercial and operational teams.

About You

Proven experience in commercial or consumer marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce and customer lifecycle management.
Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
Confident analysing data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within retail, sport, entertainment or membership-based environments would be advantageous.
