Fabricator Welder

Fabricator, 40 hours per week, Temp to Perm, Motherwell Benefits * 13-week contract with potential for permanent employment * Consistent Monday–Thursday working pattern * Overtime opportunities available at enhanced rates * Stable workshop-based role * Opportunity to work on heavy-duty engineering projects Responsibilities * Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm * 40 hours per week * MIG welding heavy gauge mild steel and Hardox wear plate * Fabricating and assembling mixer components and structural steel sections * Grinding, cutting, fitting, and finishing steel parts * Working accurately from engineering drawings * Maintaining high quality and safety standards within the workshop Requirements * Previous MIG welding experience * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Experience working with heavy gauge steel fabrication * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
