Junior Sous Chef – Popular Countryside Pub Restaurant, Live-in, Near Gillingham, Dorset
Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Part-time or Full-time available – flexible to suit you
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team in this popular pub restaurant near Gillingham nr Dorset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with fresh food, takes pride in their cooking, and wants to grow their career in a supportive environment.

The role:
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
* Working as part of a positive and hardworking team
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous kitchen experience
* Is organised, reliable, and enthusiastic
* Works well under pressure
* Has a passion for good food and hospitality
