Voids Assistant

About the role: We currently have a great opportunity for a Voids Assistant to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus, on a permanent basis. We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services. We’re looking for someone who has: * Current full UK Driving Licence * Experience of simple building work (basic DIY knowledge) * Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues * Ability to prioritise and be organised * Ability to work without direct supervision * Good communication skills, both written and verbal We can offer you A comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available.
