Grounds Maintenance Operative

Four Seasons Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, hands-on people to join us as Grounds Maintenance Operatives. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and want to be part of a supportive, hard-working team, this could be the role for you!
What you'll be doing:
* Mowing grass with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, plus strimmer’s
* Hedge and shrub pruning & cutting
* Weed control and safe chemical application
* Seasonal work such as leaf collection, edging, litter picking and more
* Helping keep sites neat, tidy and welcoming year-round
What we're looking for you to gain:
* Grounds maintenance and horticulture knowledge
* Pesticide training (PA6 & PA6a desirable)
* NVQ Level 2 in horticulture preferred
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
* DBS/ CRB check
* Full UK driving licence
* A self-starter with good initiative and team spirit

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
