Location: West Midlands Project: Light Rail Infrastructure Duration: 12–18 months Start Date: Mid June to early July Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30 We are seeking experienced Gangers to lead site gangs delivering light rail track works safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with project documentation and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, brief, and manage a gang on site Ensure compliance with RAMS, SSOW, and permits Organise labour, tools, plant, and materials Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards Liaise with Supervisors on progress and issues Identify hazards, close calls, and near misses Promote a strong safety culture on siteEssential Requirements CSCS Card SSSTS First Aid Small Tools Competency  PTS (Personal Track Safety) – Desirable Proven experience leading rail or civils gangs Strong communication and leadership skills
