Digital Asset Management & Work-front Coordinator - Contract 💷 £27 per hour (Umbrella Company Rate) 📍 Gaydon, Warwickshire Experience with digital content workflows, asset-tracking systems & cross functional project delivery is essential for this position. Are you organised, tech-savvy, & passionate about improving how teams work together? We're looking for a Digital Asset Management & Work-front Coordinator to help drive efficient workflows, support digital asset management, & enhance the user experience across our creative & marketing platforms. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work with colleagues across the business, supporting systems such as Adobe Work-front, Frame.io, & MLDNA, while helping teams collaborate more effectively and deliver great work. 📋What You'll Be Doing Supporting the day-to-day administration of Adobe Work-front & related platforms. Acting as the first point of contact for users, providing guidance & resolving queries. Coordinating user licences, system updates, & platform budgets. Supporting training sessions & creating user-friendly guidance materials. Helping maintain & organise digital assets, ensuring they are easy to find & correctly categorised. Supporting automated workflows that improve content creation, review, approval, & publishing processes. Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, & ways of working. ✅ What We're Looking For Strong organisational & communication skills. A proactive approach & keen eye for detail. Experience with workflow, project management, or digital asset management systems.
