HR Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team within a leading professional services environment.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with at least 6-12 months’ experience in an HR Advisor role , preferably gained within a professional services, legal, financial services, consultancy, or corporate environment .

The Role

Working closely with HR Managers and business leaders, you will provide proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:

• Employee relations advice and case management
• Performance and probation management
• Absence and wellbeing support
• Family leave administration
• Flexible working requests
• HR reporting and people analytics
• Supporting internal moves and organisational changes
• Maintaining HR systems and employee records

You will build strong relationships with managers and employees, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused HR support.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 6-12 months’ HR Advisory experience
  
• Ideally experience within a professional services environment
  
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using HR systems and producing management information
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is advantageous
