The Company & Role:
You will join a collaborative, fast-paced agency working across creative and healthcare communications for ambitious clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to bring greater structure, organisation and visibility across the agency. You will work closely with senior leadership and the wider agency team, overseeing resource planning, people administration and internal processes. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a growing environment where not everything is already formalised and who wants the opportunity to help shape how the business operates as it continues to develop.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring everything runs efficiently and proactively
- Manage office operations, facilities, suppliers, technology and workplace requirements
- Support people operations including onboarding, holidays, sickness, HR administration and recruitment coordination
- Work closely with senior leadership on business planning, operational projects and wider initiatives
- Coordinate internal meetings, events and key agency activities, helping to create a well-organised and collaborative working environment
- Oversee studio capacity, workload and resource planning across client projects
- Coordinate freelancers and external suppliers, ensuring the right resource is in place when needed
- Review and improve operational processes, introducing practical systems and ways of working as the business grows
Requirements:
- Experience in a Operations Manager or Business Operations role within a creative, marketing, design or professional services environment
- Previous HR administration experience and confidence managing employee administration
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Experience overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy agency, studio or project-based business
- Strong experience in resource planning, xwzovoh workload management and coordinating teams
- A track record of improving processes and introducing greater structure and efficiency
- A self-starter who is calm under pressure, highly organised and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of a business
