They have a unique and unrivalled approach to community regeneration and affordable housing projects.They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a new build residential scheme comprising circa 400 units in Chelmsford, Essex. The RC frame is already up, but there is a long way to go on the project which is due to complete in 2018.The Senior Site Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes with a reputable house builder.
