S106 & CIL Team Leader

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in The Midlands in the search for a CIL & Section 106 Team Leader to join their Town Planning Department on an initial 6-month contract.   The successful candidate will manage the work of the CIL & Section 106 team and will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service. The role will require the ongoing management and delivery of the infrastructure related funds.
