Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance * 📍 Ealing / Hertfordshire * 💰 £45,000 + Package * 🚧 LB of Ealing - external refurb; window and roof replacements on scattered properties. Role I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected Planned Maintenance contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on the London Borough of Ealing contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS looking to progress their career, with genuine opportunities for promotion within the first year. The successful candidate will be involved in delivering a planned maintenance programme focused on external refurbishment works, including: * Window replacements * Roof replacements * External refurbishment works * Scattered occupied properties across the borough Key Responsibilities * Assisting with the commercial management of projects * Subcontractor procurement and management * Valuations, variations, and final accounts * Cost reporting and budget control * Supporting the Senior QS/Commercial Manager with day-to-day commercial duties Requirements * Previous experience within planned maintenance/social housing works * Strong commercial awareness and communication skills * Experience working on refurbishment projects * Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing business * Degree qualifed In return, the company offers a competitive salary, strong package, career progression, and the opportunity to work with a highly reputable contractor in the social housing sector
