Administration Support

Role Overview: Our client is looking for someone to join their small, friendly sales and administration team on a 1-year employment contract to provide maternity leave cover. This is a busy and varied position suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, is friendly, works well with others and has a positive attitude. Previous insurance experience is not required, and candidates with limited or no work experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities: • Deal with inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in insurance products. • Support the sale and renewal of insurance policies. • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. • Assist the sales and administration team with a broad range of administrative duties. • Work independently and proactively when working from home as part of the hybrid working arrangement. Essential Requirements: • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Friendly and confident when speaking with customers. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Self-motivated, responsible and proactive, particularly when working from home. • Ability to work well as part of a small team. Desirable: • Limited previous work experience may be beneficial, although no experience is required. • An interest in developing customer service, sales and administration skills.
