Leisure Team Leader - Hayling Island - Hayling Island, Hampshire

Job Type: Full Time - Seasonal

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all guests and owners who visit the pool.

• Leading shifts and undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary.
• Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries, and managed efficiently and professionally.
• Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures where required.
• Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years working in a busy pool environment (desirable)
• All applicants must hold a valid NPLQ Qualification 
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
• Must be available to work at weekends and during the holidays.
