This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available administrator to provide essential support to a market leading business. Key Responsibilities Managing scheduling for internal operations and maintain thorough communication across teams Liaise with numerous departments to ensure seamless processing Update database and ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained Report generation and trend identification across data bases Prepare and present data and provide in dept explanations and visuals for all information recorded Invoice generation, tracing and maintenance of communication with customers The Ideal Candidate An experienced administrator and detail orientated individual Available for an immediate start IT literate and can work confidently on Microsoft Office Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Experienced in quality control or a similar role Detail orientated with a keen attention to detail What Is on Offer? 8 week temporary role Flexibility in hours Full time working hours Hourly rate of £13-£14 per hour Immediate start role If you wish to apply in confidence, please submit your CV via the link provided.
