We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tutor to deliver engaging and impactful training in Warehousing, Retail, English, and Soft Skills. As a Tutor, you will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging sessions that support adult learners in gaining qualifications, developing employability skills, and progressing into further training or employment. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging sessions in Warehousing, Retail, English, and Soft Skills (up to Level 2) * Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs using initial assessments * Track learner progress and complete key documentation (reviews, attendance) * Provide clear feedback and support learners to achieve and progress * Embed employability, digital skills, safeguarding, and equality & diversity into sessions * Support learners into further training or employment * Work with colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery and positive learner outcomes Essential: * Recognised teaching qualification / Level 3 Assessor Award (or equivalent) * Experience working in a warehouse or retail environment * Experience delivering training to adult learners If you are passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and want to be part of an organisation that truly values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
