You will be responsible for day to day management of the site, reporting into the Project Manager/Package ManagerIdeal Candidate will be:Previous experience as a Site Manager within the Civil Rail sectorTrack safety card required SMSTS QualifiedCSCSProgressed from main contractor backgroundHND or Degree Qualified or 5 years relevant experienceBrief Roles and Responsibilities:Overseeing construction activities of construction contracts within the area of responsibility at each geographic location or system based areaProducing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Early warnings, securing permits and licencesDevelop relationships with the client, issue reports to the clientCompleting daily reports; keeping the Project Manager informed of contract and site progress.Ensuring that drawings and specification documents contain sufficient ,accurate information for the construction of worksOrdering of materialsStrictly enforce general Health & Safety Procedures on SiteToolbox TalksThis is a permanent position, and excellent opportunity to work for a successful main contractor with excellent scope and progressionSuitable applicants are invited to submit current CVs in the first instanceContact Jay Wilson or
