West Midlands | £28,000-£32,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Account Manager to join a successful and growing agency within the West Midlands.
Working across a varied client base, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering creative and digital projects from initial brief through to completion.
The role will include:
Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.

Coordinating creative and digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, to brief and within budget.

Working closely with creative, digital, design and production teams to bring client projects to life.

Supporting junior account team members and helping ensure projects and workloads are effectively managed.

Building existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for account development and growth.

We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in an agency account management or client services role.

A good understanding of digital marketing, social media and wider marketing communications.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. xwzovoh

A proactive, commercially aware approach and the confidence to manage projects, budgets and client expectations.
