Day Shift Engineer Mayfair, West End £48,000 We've got a brand new opportunity for a Day Shift Engineer to join our client on a high end commercial site based in the West End! This is a brilliant chance to work for a market leading service provider who are well renowned for progressing their engineers further in their career. This is a static role, following a continental shift pattern (Day shift only) As a Day Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant systems, troublehsoot / fault find, diagnose faults, carry out compliance tasks, liaise with contractors and upadte site logbooks. Day Shift Engineer Duties: PPM and Reactive Maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Communicate with the client  Requirements: City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering  Apprentice trained (Desirable) Building service maintenance experience At least 3 years experience within commercial building services  Salary and Package: £48,000 per annum  Private health and dental care provided  Continental shift pattern (Day shift pattern) Internal progression Overtime available  20 days annual leave Company pension  Additional training  If you're interested in this Day Shift Engineer role, apply today!
